2.Can we order a sample to test out the quality?
Yes, we do offering sample for your reference. Sample cost can be refund after the commercial order.
3.Can we cover sample cost and shipping cost via PayPal?
Yes, we do accept covering sample cost and shipping cost with PayPal
4.How long will it take to receive sample?
It depends on your project, such as size, quantity, style etc… Generally within 7-15 days after all the materials are confirmed.
5.How long does it take to manufacture once an order has been placed?
It takes 20-30days to produce, the time can be negotiate if need it urgently.
6.What is the MOQ( Minimum Order Quantity)
All our products are customized, so 1 set/pc is OK.
7.What kind of material do we use for package?
We normally use Poly bag or EPE wrap + Styrofoam or EPE foam + Safe carton box.
8.Do we accept drop testing of the product package?
We do have experience of client offering drop testing to check rather the protection is safe enough. We do accepting maximum 1.5m height range of drop testing.
9.What is your term of delivery
We accept EXW, FOB, and CIF. You can choose which is the most convenient or effective cost option.
